Since I was a child, I have been obsessed with reading, creating, watching, and playing any kind of story I could get my hands on. I even tried my hand at writing a masterpiece at the grand age of 7. Unsurprisingly, the world will be bereft of that masterpiece. But my passion remained.
This, of course, led me down the pipeline of theatre during my school years. Participating in plays both in and outside of academia only fueled the fire to be a storyteller. And after a while, I started getting the same compliments about my voice. That’s when I really started to study the art form.
Video games. Films. Audiobooks. I listened, learned, and imitated until I mustered up the courage to take the plunge in 2022. Having trained with coaches in both the UK and US, across multiple disciplines – including audiobooks, commercials, and video games – I built a solid foundation to make this dream a reality.
And that childlike passion for voice acting remained. I have connected with characters, worlds, and stories that these writers have created, and all I want is to help someone else connect with stories that resonate with them, the way they did with me.
